1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EdaAI platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and their authorized personnel.

2. Description of Service

EdaAI provides an AI-powered voice assistant platform designed for automated collection calls, appointment management, and customer communications. The service includes AI agents that can conduct phone calls, transcription services, analytics dashboards, and integration APIs.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the EdaAI platform to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Make calls to numbers on do-not-call registries without proper authorization
• Impersonate a real person or misrepresent the nature of the AI agent
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the service

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Overdue payments may result in service suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

The EdaAI platform, including all software, AI models, designs, logos, and content, is the exclusive property of EdaAI. You retain ownership of your data uploaded to or generated through the platform. You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdaAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
